Yes. There's some combination of time, facility, payroll and expertise that
is going into that visit.
I guess I could do them for free and try to make that up on other procedures or visits, but I'd rather just play it straight.
There's plenty of ways to run a business, and as long as you do good work, make people happy, and keep the bottom line out of the red, then they're all valid.
