Neither Walsh nor Retzlaff are playing defense and special teams. Retzlaff has

been mostly good enough but has never shown the throwing acumen that Walsh did.

And Retzlaff has been a good runner but not an elite runner.

I'd take Walsh's elite throwing and immobility over Retzlaff's average throwing and good but not great running.
