For me, it depends on how egregious the error is and how able I would be to
enjoy the meal anyway (which means I usually don't send it back). If I was being picky, I give more grace, if they screw up a normal order, I will likely make a point of it when/if the server asks how everything was and judge from their response if I send it back.
