BYU didn’t recruit his older brother who is named after his uncle and…
Cougar great, Gabe Reid until late in the game. Karene Reid wasn’t a big recruit out of HS and I’m pretty sure his best off out of HS was Utah State. He did awesome there and I think he walked on to Utah. BYU didn’t prioritize either of them and their father wasn’t happy about it.
