Whatever BS Utah was doing with the substitutions needs to be banned.
That was straight garbage. I was pretty upset with that.
I was there in person and was having a hard time seeing what was exactly happening other than it was a deliberately to waste clock for byu to get a penalty… which I was opposed to ha.
