I think that's way too high. For example, UCF is projected in that range.
And they just beat a ranked A&M. To their credit, Utah doesn't look as lifeless as ASU or OKSt, but just to end up 10th they'd have to be better than at least a few out of UCF, TCU, KSU, TT, BYU, Cincinnati. I really doubt that's going to be the case.
