If they have a good group of friends, then I would be really hesitant to break it up because that’s not always easy to find. Some kids are really resilient and flourish in that scenario, but many others are not. I know too many families that moved and the kids didn’t do well. My own included (growing up).

But others have more of ann outgoing, quick to make friends Personality and do just fine. It also depends if the neighborhood u move to has a lot of options for friends. We moved from Utah to Arizona and it was fantastic for my kids, cuz we went from an older area that didn’t have very many kids to a neighborhood that had kids everywhere. Just depends.
