yeah it's like 15 or 20 feet for sea turtles and can't touch em obviously.
it's been just the last 2-3 years they passed the Dolphin law I believe. They come into the bays to rest/sleep in the morning (turn off half their brains at a time while making big circles) from hunting lal night and if they are chased by humans it supposedly messes up their ability to rest/sleep.
