As someone who worked as an appliance tech for years I agree with this message.
I use to fix appliances for a small local company here in Utah back in the day.

After I’d worked there about a year they decided to put GPS in the trucks without telling any of the guys. A few weeks after they were installed there was a big meeting, and I was one of only two guys that didn’t get in serious trouble and or lose their job. It was wild lol. I also didn’t live in SLC like a lot of the other guys so I didn’t have as much temptation but still.. Some were going to some pretty interesting places in company vehicles lol. People are wild!

So I guess, in a sense, I understand where companies are coming from. On the other hand I believe people should have some modicum of privacy -even in work setting- unless they are in a public safety related position.
