This is probably true…
But I think BYU is showing on a bigger stage that the “crazy Mormons” can be in a power league without the religion being a problem.
I think in the end all of the other strong metrics that BYU shows that it brings to the table would make the religion part insignificant compared to how big a barrier it possibly was in the past
