Corect. If there are donors that want to benefit from tax savings by donating large sums of cash for a new or greatly
updated stadium I’d be happy to let them do that.

At a cost of $256M in 2010. Safe to say that a similar renovation would cost much more today. All for 7-8 events per yr.
