I agree on Phillips not showing the polish / "craft" just yet. But he's had

fairly limited reps really to prove it.

I do think Hagen has already shown the polish. That route on Saturday was as good as any route any BYU WR has run. If that's indicative of how ready he is in terms of execution, his raw talent is enough for him to outshine recent guys in fairly short order.

But we shall see.
