Yelling about effort is fair game. No receiver intentionally drops a pass. Now, if they don't run to the ball, or are lazy in the effort to catch it, yell all you want.

My philosophy. I doubt that receiver will have any more success catching the next pass because meathead Whittingham spittled into his face.
