I like the Marcella Hazan
1 can of the yellow can San Marzano tomatos, 5 T butter (kerrigold), and cut a shallot in half. Puree the tomato and let it all simmer for 30-45 min and take out the shallot
Put it with the DeCecco spaghetti and the 2+ yr parmesan (you can get it at kroger) and some salt.
