This makes me so MAD! Why would Sitake allow Funk to have this approach...

...to his job. The OL had a lot of potential and never lived up to it. Why didn't Kalani make a move sooner.

OL to me is the most important position on the team. It makes every other position group, including the defense, better or in the case of Funk, worse.
