Any advice on recipes and proper settings?

I have a creami and I’ve made some great things and some where the consistency is off. When making a protein shake into ice cream are you using water or milk or almond milk? Do you use bananas? Any tips?

I use milk and a little sugar free coffee creamer in the prep and then add a little creamer when I mix it. I like the

What kind of milk do you use? 2percent? Whole? Non fat? Almond? 1 percent?

I use whole. It's just better. When I am in a hard cut I switch to almond unsweetened vanilla.
