And it’s all non-negotiable in my specialty (we’re 99% hospital dependent) and there’s total collusion within certain markets. All three contracts I looked at were all within 5k or each other with the exact same contract language, time off, etc..

So it’s a do you want a job or not at that point…and this zero leverage is in the highest-revenue generating specialty there and where these hospitals can go years to decades without being to fill spots. It’s insane right now.
