from the press box you can see when run fits are missed and the safeties take a bad angle running the alleys. Those are things you communicate to your coaches on the field to fix between series.
Front 7 did not have their best game, especially off tackle. In terms of Batty, someone else mentioned it, but over the course of a game you will run different fills/fits with the DE and outside backers, where the ends may crash and the backers then become the leverage player. It's really hard to say who was right/wrong here, since I obviously don't know the defensive calls, but there had tow players in the same gap more than once and that's suicide against a good running team.
