already started you can watch from the beginning. You select "Start from the beginning" when you select the game (when they first started they also didn't have this feature, but it's been there for many years now).

For fast forwarding you can go as slow as about 15 seconds per click forward but it can also go faster. It will show a little snippet of what is playing so you know when it's commercial verses the game back on (at least on a tv, I don't think tablet has that). I'm not sure if that answers your question.
