A fumble recovery on a missed call needs to be immediate. In this UCF game the ball sat in the endzone for a couple of

seconds and then they cut away. At that point it really didn't matter who actually picked it up because the recovery wasn't immediate.

Yeah Ref called it a TD. So the play was "dead" but if someone saw it and picked
