He is young, a little premature to make a judgement, how did JR look last yr?
He is looking like a top 1/3 B12 QB and coming into the year was expected to be worst in the league. He is a young buck and will certainly be better next year with this experience - no substitution for experience. He is undersized and that will likely limit his ceiling.
