If you need to choose between some otherwise-similar employees to fire, this seems like a great way to identify who that
should be.
Obviously if you can identify ones that are less-productive or otherwise harmful to profitability go there. But all else being equal, this is a great method of winnowing employees you’d rather fire than others.
