I'm pretty hesitant on that due to cost and dependency long term.

I've been about 20-30 pounds over what I would consider the ideal weight, but never obese. That has been a struggle pretty much my whole teenage/adult life--with sometimes getting down to within about 5-10 pounds of my ideal. But definitely hard lately.
