our auto insurance should pay for it as she was walking to the car when she slipped and broke her ankle. She wasn't in the car. She wasn't getting into the car yet, but she slipped on a paver in the curb strip. They are horrible at trying to not pay for medical care. Our auto insurance is shocked they are wanting the auto insurance to pay for the injury.
