I'm going to have them do it soon regardless of whether I use the service or not. Luckily for me install is free... I'm guessing cause I'm already set up for cable, pulling fiber through existing underground conduit should be easy.

Have to imagine it will make your home more attractive for future buyers. Fiber lines are as future proofed tech as there is to my knowledge
