It's usually not what weather is best for fish
It is what weather is best for you. As a big time fishing guy up in the PNW I have found that I have had my best days when weather chased off others but I also had just as good as days fishing when the weather has been amazing.
Someone told me something that I always used when I am fishing. "You will never caught a fish if you don't have your hook in the water". While this is a great question you have asked I believe if you can adjust to the weather you will caught fish. Fishing is just that. Fishing. Tight lines my friend hope you hook your biggest yet.
