Make the guest actually GO and DO something besides mindlessly scrolling. I also enjoyed the "black market" of fast pass sharing with complete strangers. It brought people together, not isolated them through OLED phone screens.
Everything "Lightning Lane" sucks.
But I don't know how you solve the issue, and Disney World is even worse. If you ride has less than 45-60 minute wait time, you are doing good....and that was in February.
I'm not sure if more parks is the answer, but one in Texas sure wouldn't hurt.
