They'll never do this, but they need to put a cap on daily visitors. It's not
even enjoyable anymore IMHO. Too crowded.
They're obviously trying to solve this (and make money) with schemes like OP describes. But ultimately it's simply a function of too many people (including mentally ill groups of adults) who want to visits Disneyland multiple times per year.
