I made a huge batch a couple of years ago
A freeze was coming so I picked all of my tomatoes, green peppers, yellow peppers and jalapeños. A ton of my tomatoes were still green so I bought a few ripe ones from the store to supplement. Yes, I removed the seeds of the jalapeños. Blanched the tomatoes to remove the skin- a little e more difficult on the green ones. Added onions i grew earlier. Chopped it all up in the food processor. Cooked it up with salt and vinegar and bottled it. I kind of forgot about until my son in law found it and started raving about it. Once we discovered how good it was it didn't last long.
