My dad brought me some tomatoes, bell peppers, and a jalapeño from
his garden last week.
I had a couple of onions. We chopped it up, added some cumin, garlic, salt, sugar. A little lime powder. A few pulses in the blender. It was amazing.
Just adjust to your tastes.
