I'd rather have a modern multi-tiered stadium (like Husky stadium or McClane Stadium) with comfortable and spacious seating than convert LES into a bowl. If not a new stadium, add a second tier to the east stands (could increase capacity by 20+ thousand and provide shade during hot games), and completely reconfigure the west stand and press box areas.
