I’m doing kind of a strange split right now:
Back/Legs, Arms/Shoulders, Chest/Legs, Arms/Shoulders, Back/Chest. I’ve neglected legs, so putting them with back/chest makes me actually do them.
Today I did:
- 4 sets of Lat Pulldowns
- 4 sets of Barbell Squats
- 3 sets of RDLs
- 3 sets of seated cable rows
- 4 sets of assisted pull-ups (2 neutral grip, 2 wide grip)
Eventually I will switch to a more traditional push/pull/legs, but I’m trying to be patient as I grow my leg base.
