There are different ways to lead
Saturday, Lassiter had amazing catches and runs after catches. Yes, with all his talent, sometimes there are head-scratcher misses. He's intense and wants to win and I love that. Every player is different. There are different ways to lead and it really depends on the time, and the place, and the person. One of the most impressive at it is Andy Reid.

Remember what Andy Reid did in the Super Bowl when Kelce pushed him?

Synopsis:
Andy Reid, head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs, responded to Travis Kelce's sideline push by saying he understands that Kelce is emotional and loves to play:

Explanation:
Reid said, "He keeps me young. He tested that hip out. He caught me off balance – normally, I'd give him a little bit, but I didn't have any feet under me".

Understanding:
Reid added, "I get it. Listen, I have five kids, so I get how that goes. The part I love is he loves to play the game, and he wants to help his team win".

Defusing:
Reid defused the situation after the game, saying, "He went back in and did a nice job".

Kelce later said that he was frustrated with the team's performance and wanted to show Reid that he was ready to play. Kelce said that Reid didn't have harsh words for him and that he loved his passion. Kelce said that the moment "fired" him up to win the game for his coach.
