R has more touchdown passes (12 versus 7), fewer interceptions (5 versus 6), almost identical completion percentage (61.22 versus 61.45),more yards per attempt (8.22 versus 7.60), and more yards per completion (13.42 versus 12.37).
There is a lot of talk about F being an elite quarterback. Looks like there should be more talk about R. Or at least more talk about the BYU passing attack (OL and receivers have something to do with BYU’s success).
F has more total yards passing (1361 versus 1208), but that is a result of 32 more passes (179 versus 147), not passing efficiency.
R has more net yards rushing (156 versus 17) and more rushing TDs (1 versus 0).
