Depends on how you define tech.
If you mean anyone who works for a "tech" company, yes it's brutal.
If you mean roles that require actual technical work and knowledge, it's not on fire like it was but there are still companies looking for solid talent.
Non-technical roles like marketing, recruiters, and administrative roles that don't require technical skills are looking downright ugly.
