Being the deepest well in our area. We had two horizontal fissures that required stopping and pouring concrete down the well to hopefully close the fissures. Both times it worked, but that added $$ to well.

It is a community well, on which I’m on the water board. Our costs ended up being double the high estimates.

Good news is we have good water, but have to treat for arsenic which is normal in mining areas I hear.
