Sister just bought a house, seller refused to pay buyer commission.
Nobody saw it for the first week it was on the market because agents didn’t want to show it.
My sister told her agent (a friend she wanted to see it) she arranged something with her, long story short home had multiple offers and my sister got it in the end for ask.
