“Tell me facts and maybe I will hear a few of them. Tell me an argument and I
might consider it. Tell me a story and I’m yours.”

Just a few hours after a talk is over, the only thing people will really remember are a good story. Long quotes, long scriptures, etc are fillers to a talk but usually are quickly forgotten (if ever even heard).

Stories are what impact people and are what they will remember for weeks, months and sometimes years.

A good story will get your message across better than almost anything else, especially if it includes relatable or an inspirational message.

Also remember, “No sinner was ever saved after the first 20 minutes of a sermon “
