10 feet would 100% drown the entire towns of Treasure Island, Redington Shores, medeira beach, etc. with the exception of some of those living in upper floor condos. At least a third of South Tampa would too. Interestingly, South Tampa's large population is virtually all either very high end or on MacDill military base. Quite the contrast in times like these.
