I travel to Mexico for business often, and use Rappi almost every time I am there. Every time I received my order, it's usually by a contracted driver on a motorcycle, a la UberEats or DoorDash. However, I don't know if that model translates into the US, unless they increase delivery fees to help compensate people who own cars rather than motorcycles.
