days to sign. The way it was written up, it seemed like the company had some legal reason for picking 45 days. They even made me acknowledge in the terms of the agreement that I had been given 45 days. I thought it might be a legal requirement, but maybe not.
Also, my company said they'd still give me prorated profit sharing when they calculate it next year. I don't know if that's normal, but I think it was particular to my ex employer's exact bonus structure.
