There's only so much that the money the school earns can go to the players
If other schools can muster decent NIL packages, you could definitely see a lot of very good players willing to go to a school just for the payday. Even if the "best" coaches go to the B1G or SEC, there will still be a lot of money out there. Just look at SMU right now for an example of that.
