My guess is that NIL blows up the SEC and BIG10 dominance
I think these leagues got ahead due to the fact they were basically able to get away with paying players under the table and having access to the most resources.
With NIL, you have players who are now able to get money for going to other places and the SEC and B10 only have so much money to pay players.
