Having lived in Japan 3 times and my wife has lived in UK and Argentina

Very happy to currently have US healthcare. Japanese and Argentine hospitals are scary places or were a couple decades back. All our friends scheduled healthcare for when they would be in the US, including attempting to schedule baby delivery dates for school breaks.
