considering looking into disembarking in Florence because we've heard Florence is so great.

Any thoughts from those who have been? Do we need more than a day in Florence?

IMO, Florence is the BEST city in all of Italy. Need at least 2 if not 3 days.

We've done it both ways. We hired a private van from the cruise port and it worked fine.
