I liked the Uffizi museum. But I don't actually remember what we saw there, even though I've got a decent degree of art history knowledge. But I remember seeing the David in the Accademia and urge you not to skip that one. Look online for reservations or other ways (I think we called somehow and got a specific time) to avoid just going and standing at the end of the line.
