Nice is a beautiful town. Don’t go to the beach, don’t go to Monaco - both are
a waste of time.
If you like to hike. Take a train to the Eze stop and hike up to the historic town - I thought it was a tough hike. Probably 3 miles uphill and will take a few hours.
You can site see for a few hours and then get a taxi back to the train (20 minutes to/from Nice). Walk around Nice until you have to get back on ship.
