The resorts and beaches on the Kohala coast are among the best in the state (Mauna Kea, Hapuna Beach, Moana Lani, Hualalai, Waikoloa).

Each island has so much to do and see. There’s no reason to hop. We did 7 days

Southwest does inter-island flights for pretty cheap. They’re only about 22 minutes in the air.
