Fly into Oslo and take a “Norway in a nutshell” trip. Ride the train to Bergen, at the top take the train down to Flåm.
Small ship up through one of the fyords. Bus back to train. End up in Bergen and see that city.
This is an option to the cruise. I’ve never done the cruise but did do this itinerary. Spent the night in Flåm. But weather could really change this trip.
