I was listening. It was for sure odd. Cam doesn't feel ready was my take.
Frank was being careful and ended up saying that injuries include emotional and mental aspects and being ready to play includes being ready mentally. It might imply that Cam can play physically (but not at 100%?) but that mentally he doesn't feel ready to play. Which is . . . interesting?
